Valentines Day 2007

On this occasion I am reminded of the mission statement for my real estate business. "Caring Real Estate Service Beyond Expectations". Most everything pertaining to being successful in this profession, besides knowledge and experience, boils down to one thing:

Relationships.

My relationships built over the years with mortgage loan originators and processors, attorneys, other real estate professionals, home inspectors, pest control specialists, builders, maintenance engineers and the list goes on.... can make or break the purchase or sale of a home.

Of course, without the loyalty and support of the community: home buyers and sellers past and future - I would be out of business in a hurry.
